Hybrid aluminum composites obtained with stir casting were investigated in this study. Aluminum alloy EN AW 6061 was reinforced particles of Al2O3 and walnut-shell ash (WSA). The weight fraction constant (5 w/%) for the ash, it (1, 2 3) w/%. morphology particle distribution examined an optical microscope scanning electron microscope. Microstructural studies showed a uniform all samples. A chemical analysis reinforcing on samples’ surfaces done using energy-dispersive spectrometer. changes mechanical properties including hardness, tensile strength elongation relation to increase investigated. results that hardness increase, while decreases composites. improvement compared alloy.
